Terms Of Service
1. Purpose
These terms outline the conditions under which Lily of the Valley provides its services:
– sale of bouquets (in-store or online),
– floral subscriptions,
– event services (weddings, installations, workshops, etc.),
– deliveries within Paris and nearby suburbs.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Orders
Orders may be placed:
– in-store,
– through our website,
– via direct message on Instagram or by email.
Orders are processed once confirmed by our team. Production begins upon receipt of payment (unless otherwise agreed).
3. Opening Hours & Availability
Our boutiques are open 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 8 PM (On Mondays and Sundays: from 10 AM to 6 PM.)
Opening hours may vary during summer or special events.
We recommend checking our social media for real-time updates.
4. Customization
Each bouquet is handcrafted using fresh or dried flowers, depending on the season and our floral inspiration.
You may share your preferences for colors, style, or budget, but the final design is left to the artistic discretion of our team.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros, tax included (TTC).
Delivery within Paris is charged at €10.
Payments can be made:
– via secure payment link,
– in-store (credit card or cash),
– or by bank transfer (for quoted services upon request).
Certain services (weddings, installations, subscriptions) require a personalized quote and deposit for booking.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are available daily during our opening hours.
They are handled by our trusted courier partners.
In case the recipient is absent, we will do our best to contact them. If unreachable, we may leave the bouquet with a neighbor, a building manager, or reschedule the delivery (additional fees may apply).
7. Cancellations & Changes
As our floral arrangements are artisanal and perishable, no right of withdrawal applies once the order is confirmed.
If you need to cancel:
– Less than 24 hours before delivery: no refund.
– More than 24 hours in advance: a credit or rescheduling may be offered depending on the case.
8. Floral Subscriptions
Subscriptions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) can be canceled at any time with 7 days’ notice.
Missed deliveries without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
9. Workshops & Events
All event or workshop services require:
– a signed quote,
– and a deposit (30 to 50%, depending on the service).
Cancellation terms:
– More than 10 days in advance: refund or rescheduling possible.
– Between 10 and 2 days: the deposit is non-refundable.
– Less than 48 hours: the full amount is due.
